DENSE-MEDIUM FINE COAL WASHING PLANT

ACAN can manufacture Heavy Media Cyclone Plants with a minimum capacity of 25 TPH to the customer defined capacities which can wash + 0,5 mm -20 mm coal. The Heavy Media Cyclone Plants, engineered and designed by ACAN, might be installed as semi-mobile and stationary. Dense media washing, as the latest available washing technology, provides the most efficient results available. ACAN can construct a complete fine coal concentrating plant from input hoppers to output conveyors including all classification, separation and dewatering/drying applications and also manufactures separate concentrating modules.

With 2 products concentrating cyclone:

  • Clean coal and discharge can be obtained.

Cyclones can be made of Ni-Hard 4 high resistant cast or ceramic lined (Alumina 47).

DENSE-MEDIUM LARGE COAL WASHING PLANT

Drum Heavy Media Plant is a dense media system used in washing process of +18 mm -150mm coal. ACAN can manufacture Drum Heavy Media Plants with a minimum capacity of 25 TPH to the customer required capacities. Feeding grain thickness might be changed whenever required, without any performance loss during washing of +18 mm –150 mm. Coarse coal concentrating plant is produced as semi-mobile especially in low capacities. ACAN can construct a complete Drum Heavy Media Plant from input hoppers to output conveyors including all classification, separation and dewatering / drying applications and also manufactures separate concentrating modules.

Drum Separator:

  • Two / three products may be obtained as clean coal, middling’s and discharge depending on the separator type.

ALUMINYUM DROSS WASHING

SALT ALUMINUM DROSS WASHING LINE

  • The main objective of aluminum dross salty washing line to separate the salt from aluminum oxide.
  • From the rotary drum crushers, small salty than 1mm aluminum oxide, wash in the pressurized tanks, to separate salt from oxide, salt to absorbed in water. Collapsing oxide to the bottom of the tank is sent to centrifuge drying.
  • Moist oxide is sent to the stock area to air dry or dried by passing through the rotary dryer.
  • Dried oxide is sent to the briquetting line. Metallic aluminum flux (briquette) is produced.
  • Using sectors: Iron and steel industry
  • Salt water is pumped crystallisation tank. In the crystallization tank, the water evaporates, the salt stays in the salt flux. Salt fluxes is collected from the tank and is returned to the secondary aluminum production industry.
  • The steam in the condensate tank is converted to water and stored in a water tank for reuse.

  • Ammonia gas generated by reaction in a pressure tank are routed to the water tank.
  • Polar gas molecules ammonia is a high rate of soluble in water. The materials sold in the market called the ammonia, ammonium hydroxide, an aqueous solution of ammonia.
  • Using sectors: Fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, paints, perfumes etc. It is used in the first step in synthesizing the material.
