LEVENT 1001
LEVENT 1001 is the smallest and most compact, all-hydraulic mechanized core drill rig in LEVENT range. LEVENT 1001 is ideal for grout hole drilling and coring in narrow tunnels as well as in cramped spaces underground. The core drill is equally efficient for surface drilling operations. The compact design and light weight, makes the LEVENT 1001 easy and fast to set-up for drilling. This in turn offers quicker moves between drill sites, without disturbing normal production routines in the mine, or grouting sequences in dam galleries. Bearing in mind the core drill’s speed of rotation, its rating and chuck diameter,LEVENT 1001 is best suited to drill holes 36-46mm in diameter. Max. spindle bore diameter is 50mm.

LEVENT 2002
LEVENT 2002 is an all-hydraulic diamond core drill rig with a wide range of options and accessories.It consists of three main parts: Drilling unit, Control unit and a Power unit. As an option the drill unit can be mounted on carriers for special purposes like a; a narrow crawler for underground use, or a wide crawler for surface use.
It is suitable for a variety of drilling methods in both underground and surface operations such as core drilling, grout hole drilling, probing etc. LEVENT 2002 can also be equipped for TOP hammer drilling and DTH drilling. The possibility to carry out DTH hammer drilling in combination with coring, will result in valuable time gains. Besides enabling rock survey to be conducted through drill cuttings analysis.
The drill unit can be powered by an electric motor or diesel engine. When the drill rig is equipped with the electric power unit, an optional diesel engine for tramming is available.
LEVENT 2002 uses the best technology available for diamond core drills. All tube jointing, thread breaking,feeding,wireline hoist sequences,are controlled from a control console which can be positioned to suit the setup. Feeding is done by a direct cylinder and chain system. The drill can be equipped with three different feed lenghts,and two different sizes of rotation units to suit rod size and drilling applications.
It is of primary importance that drill rods,core barrels and coring bits are of the right type and quality,matched to the rock drill and to the prevailing rock conditions.
Bearing in mind core drill’s speed of rotation,its rating and chuck diameter, LEVENT 2002 is best suited to drill holes 48-76 mm in diameter (A-N) using both conventional as well as wire line rods. The spindle inner diameter is 78 mm (3.07 in) in the N-size rotation unit.

LEVENT 3003
Levent 3003 drilling rig rotation speed, power and rotation unit aperture diameter is designed to give optimal performance in BO-HO diameter wireline or conventional drilling.
Levent 3003 is a fully hydraulic diamond drilling rig with wide range of accessories. The underground and surface are suitable to work in various drilling methods. Levent 3003® is designed for underground or surface core drilling and conventional drilling methods also exploration drilling in the tunnel.
Levent 3003, the fully hydraulic drilling rig represents the latest and most advanced technology. Rod tightening and removal, pressing, wireline winch, etc. are operated from a control panel mounted on a separate chassis.
A standard Levent 3003 consists of three main parts; Drilling unit, Control panel and Power unit. Optionally, the drilling rig can be mounted on a crawler. For underground works narrow crawler, for surface works width crawler is preferred.

LEVENT 2002 RX-4
Levent 2002 RX-4 is fully hydraulic diamond core drilling machine, designed for surface research drillings.
Levent 2002 RX-4 drilling machine rotation speed, power and rotation unit aperture diameter is designed to give optimal performance in 60-122.6 mm (BO-PO) diameter wireline or conventional drilling.
Levent 2002 RX-4, drilling unit, power unit, wireline unit, main winch control of the mixer and mud pump are performed from the operator panel. The gauge located on the operator panel displays, drilling machine advancement position; hold back force, feed force, rotation speed, It can observe the data and is able to control diesel engine.
Levent 2002 RX-4, 3 can be mounted on different chassis. Skid frame, wheel frame, crawler frame
